General Terms of Auction

The auctioneer (Greek Live Auctions) acts as a representative of the seller, who has deposited one or more Lot tickets. The auctioneer considers good faith following a seller’s guarantee to the auctioneer that he is the sole owner of the item for auction and that this is free of any burden in favor of a third party as well as legal or actual defect, claim of a third party on it.

The auctioneer reserves the right in his absolute discretion to refuse the offer or participation of anyone in the auction.

To participate in the auction, you should have completed the registration process on our website.

The Lots of the auction are presented with photographs and described in detail. If it is proved that the Lot status does not agree with its description and is returned within 15 days of the end of the auction, the seller is obliged to return the price immediately without having any other obligation. No lot, which has been altered after sale in any way, can be returned.
